1980 Chug-A-Can Candy (Fleer)

1st Series

Chug-A-Cans were about 2" tall, filled with candy, and had a pop-top on the lid.  All 20 titles can be found in both silver and gold cans.

Parents were upset that 16 of the 20 titles were Beer parodies, so subsequent series were alcohol-free.

 But after Chug-A-Cans II was released, parents again opposed the use of the word "CHUG".  The Series 3 and Series 4 sets were renamed "Crazy Cans".
