1970's Lost Roughs by Bill Griffith
Bill Griffith worked as a gag writer/sketch artist for Topps in 1973 and 1974. His thirty or so published Wacky Packages titles include Soft Head Bulbs from the 6th Series (now a magnet in ANS3), Kentucky Fried Fingers from the 8th Series, and much of the 12th Series wackies.

Griffith went on to create a successful comic strip called Zippy the Pinhead, which has been published in daily newspapers by King Features Syndicate since 1986.
Bill wrote this strip after seeing the newest Wacky Packages in 1991.
