1975 Hostess Pairs
On the Rare AJERX/HAWAIIAN PUNKS Variation, the Ajerx Can has a white dot near the top left and a red ring near the bottom.
Another example of this rare pair shows the same marks.
The more common AJERX/BLECCH pair below has the white spot on top, but not the red ring.
I've examined Hostess wackys from four different sources. Besides appearing on Ajerx/Hawaiian Punks & Ajerx/Blecch, this white spot is also found in the same position on Crust/Liptorn, Cram/Peter Pain, Mutts/Gyppy Pop, Mutts/Rabid Shave, Nertz/Sledge, Gyppy Pop/Motorzola, & Blecch/Neveready.
After looking through Ajerx stickers in the 2nd Series, Wonderbread, UK, and Shedd's sets, the red ring seems restricted to the rare Hostess pair.
